Poster Presentations
The maximum size of the posters should be 1m (width) x 1.2m (height). The posters will be placed on the cardboards and fixed on the surface by using the tape supplied by the organizer.
The posters should be prepared by using sufficiently large fonts for the text and equations. The illustrations should also be clearly visible.
The posters should be placed at appropriate boards (marked by the organizer) at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. The presenters should stay nearby their posters throughout the session, and remove the posters after the session is finished.
Session chairpersons will arrive at the beginning of the session, check if all the posters are placed properly, check if the presenting authors are in their places, and overlook the course of the entire session.
Please contact the Conference Secretariat (E-mail: info@rad-conference.org) if you need any additional information or have some specific requests.
FULL PAPERS
RAD 2017 organizers encourage the authors to write full papers for the Conference Proceedings, although it is not obligatory! All papers will undergo a fair peer-review process, and only the papers which pass that procedure and get at least two positive reviews can be accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings (the DOI number will be assigned to each published paper). Moreover, the best-marked papers, upon the permission of the corresponding author(s), will be published in the newly-established, open access, and peer-reviewed scientific journal: Radiation and Applications in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Sciences ( www.rad-journal.org )
Full papers must be formatted and prepared in accordance with the official template. The template for the Proceedings full papers (up to 6 pages long) can be downloaded here.
Author Guidelines for Reference Marking and Citation can be downloaded here, or found on web page: www.rad-proceedings.org/guidelines.php
The Conference Proceedings will be issued in electronic form, and can be found on the website: www.rad-proceedings.org
The full papers prepared in accordance with the template should be sent to: papers@rad-conference.org
